This feature allows you to add important information about the order after a successful purchase has been made through the iCheckout page.
You could also add vouchers with exclusive discounts for the customers.
How to edit and customize thank you page
Before you edit your “Thank you page,” you will already have a basic default one after the checkout.
Here’s how it looks:
And to customize it, you can do the following within iCheckout:
- Enable signup to newsletter field
- Include purchase notes and vouchers for your customers
- Include where you want your customers to be redirected once they click “Continue shopping”
- Include “Contact us” page URL to navigate your customers for all their questions.
Besides that, you can translate your thank you page by clicking the “Configure translations” button.
Here you can adapt the translation to any language.
Just fill in the fields you want to translate, and you’re ready to go.
Once you’re done, click “Save,” and you’re ready to go.
